Consultation Terms

Legacy Consulting Services Limited

These Terms of Business apply to all online consultations provided by Legacy Consulting Services Limited (“Legacy Consulting", “we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking or participating in a consultation, you (the “client” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Purpose of the Consultation

Our consultations are intended to provide professional insight and guidance based on the information you share. The effectiveness of our engagement depends on open and accurate communication, transparency, and mutual respect.

2. Confidentiality

All information shared during the consultation is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any details of your consultation or materials provided by you, except where required by law or with your prior consent. Similarly, you agree to respect the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Legacy Consulting.

3. Mutual Respect and Conduct

Our consultations are collaborative and professional in nature. Both parties agree to engage respectfully at all times.

Legacy Consulting reserves the right to end a consultation immediately if inappropriate, offensive, or abusive language or behaviour occurs.

4. Client Cooperation

To ensure the quality and accuracy of our advice, you agree to:

• provide full and accurate information relevant to your consultation;

• respond to any follow-up questions or clarifications promptly; and

• actively participate in discussions and decision-making during the session.

Legacy Consulting's ability to provide effective guidance depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

5. Fees and Duration

The initial 15-minute consultation is complimentary.

6. Booking and Rescheduling

Consultations are scheduled by appointment only. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may affect eligibility for future consultations.

7. Appropriate Use of the Consultation Function

The consultation service is intended for genuine professional enquiries only. It should not be used for marketing, solicitation, or unrelated personal matters. Legacy Consulting reserves the right to refuse or discontinue consultations that fall outside the scope of our services.

8. Limitation of Advice

Advice provided during the consultation is based on the information available at the time. It is intended for general guidance and does not constitute formal legal or financial advice unless expressly stated in writing following the consultation.

9. Follow-Up and Continuing Engagement

Where further assistance is required, Legacy Consulting may recommend a formal engagement under a separate letter of engagement outlining scope, fees, and terms. The initial consultation does not create a continuing professional relationship beyond the consultation itself unless both parties agree in writing.
